October End

I cannot believe this month has flown by so fast. It's all catching up with me, though. I never did get that family photo I wanted, or finished the upstairs, or even took the kids to the pumpkin patch! I don't even think I really put out decorations. Mom and Kels are calling this "The Halloween that came and went". Same for me! Last night was pretty uneventful. G and G dressed up at Sandra's and had a mini party with friends. Then Mimi, Gram, and Papa came over for supper, helped get the ids dressed again and then we took off to Trick or Treat. Now, due to the fact that I live on a street where literally all my neighbors are retired, we skipped over to the next street and Halloween partcipants few and far between. I was cracking up b/c the 3 elders who gave out candy said "Oh, I have grandkids about their age". We made a decision to hop in the mini and venture over to another subdivision next year! So here they are: Cinderella and the Scarecrow. I know, I know, I should have saved Gralynn's dress up as Dorothy for this year..but oh well.
