I hear voices....

I've always made jokes about me having multiple personalities...because I'm so fickle and moody....but for the past few years, I have picked up dialect and voices. In my classrooms, I always talk with accents and make up my own lingo, but I do it so much and so often I never really notice it. Well, now that I have an assistant with me all day, she is cracking up at how many different voices I use in a single day. This all came about b/c Gralynn has started talking real, REAL "Suthern" like the slow Charleston drawl. But she also says her i's with a major accent. Like nAt for night. I was making fub of someone or something today in my classroom and my asst, Lucky told me that's how I talk... She made me realize that Gralynn is probably picking up one of my many accents I use all the time!
So now the question is...how do I break it???? I mean Charleston talk is cute and suthern, but I do not want it turning into redneck speech!
