How does one get to be a guru when it comes to products? I'm currently looking to by a Juicer, but I'm having to research first so I don't end up with a piece of crap on one hand, or spend too much $ on something I can't figure out. Upon my internet-based reading, I came across several websites that appear to be self-proclaimed gurus. Like, this guy in Charlotte whome I've never heard of has his own website and does videos of himself trying out products and giving HIS "expert" opinion on them. So why would I trust his opinion? Heck, I'm a product junkie, just ask any of my friends from high school...perhaps I could start my own advice/opinion/product endorsing website!
I'll start here with a few of my own "taste tests"... (and I bet you guys are gonna go right out and buy these things JUST b/c I said so!! right?
LAUNDRY DETERGEANT: Tide- powder-(way more for your $ in powder form)
- the new Arm and Hammer 2-in-1 dryer sheets ROCK! Way softer and fresher than bottled softener in the washer and dryer sheets. Cost and space effective too
Floor Cleaner: Orange Glow is the best on hard wood floors. Beats out Swiffer any day!
Toothpaste: Crest paste. period. nothing fancy
Diapers: LUVS
Wipes: Target brand- moisture, thickness, better than other brands
Zit Cream: old faithful by far---- Clean and Clear Persa Gel
Face Soap: the Oil of Olay line is awesome!!!!!!! best ever- I swtich up the specifics, but love the whole line
Make up in general: Lancomme mineral powder beats out Bare Minerals! and the concealer is the best I have EVER used!
Mascara and Lipstick: (feel free to advise) I have yet to find a favorite and I am a mascara/lipstick Queen!
Soap; Good ole Dove bar-the white one, no swirls or funky fruity scent
No clue on hair products- I keep changing my hair

oh my gosh. ONLY YOU would post this!!! Never satisfied with the lipstick... what was that one lipstick that we were obsessed with? Bare Naturals or something? I think it was L'oreal?

Lipstick- Tenderheart by Clinique. Best ever... goes with anything which is great since I don't spend too much time on make-up. I've used this shade for years! :)
Favorite hair product is the Catwalk Root spray. Love love love its lifting ability to add volume to my lifeless hair! :)
